Polar Molecules: a polar molecule is a molecule with regions of partial positive and negative charges, resulting in the uneven distribution of electrical charge.
An example is in water molecules. The electronegativity of oxygen is opposite of hydrogen (which is positive). This causes the molecule of water itself to be a " polar molecule " .
